Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML)
LWML is a place where each woman is welcomed and encouraged to use her unique God given talents as she supports global missions and serves the Lord with gladness.
Mission Statement: As Lutheran Women in Missions, we joyfully proclaim Christ, support missions, and equip women to honor God by serving others.
At Prince of Peace, we typically meet once a month and we arrange our calendar during our first meeting in September. We try to have a variety of times/dates so more woman can be involved. We’d love for you to join us.
In addition to collecting Mites, we also bake cookies for a jail ministry, provide Layettes for the Crisis Pregnancy Center, collect glasses for the MOST ministry and collect ingathering items throughout the year for our Zone ministries.
